We're still here....doing great...

Hi everyone! I know our mom has been a little "lazy" lately on our blog (how dare she!), but she wanted us to let you know we are doing just fine here. Our mom says she's especially thankful for that as we approach Thanksgiving because a lot of our furry friends have been sick. Please visit Vito and send his mom lots of kitty hugs and prayers.

The last 2 days we have been non stop bird watching these crazy, crazy birds just outside the window from our kitty condo! We can't stop looking and staring at them!!! If only we were outdoor kitties...

We know the Holidays are busy for you human types, but we want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and hope to catch up with everyone real soon!

Happy Halloween!...and Contest!!!

Happy Halloween to everycat and everybody!

Here's the deal, our mom has been meaning to do a contest now for quite awhile to give a deserving cat-blogger a fantastic book that she read called, "A Cat Named Squeaky"...Let's just say this book made her laugh, smile...and cry. But, it is such a good book (based on a true story) that I just have to pass it on and not let it collect dust here at home.

So here are the "rules":

Marley and the kitchen towels...

Marley has decided that it's perfectly fine to pull down the kitchen towels from the stove in order to lay on them. He does this every few days probably...he also loves sniffing them and tries to burrow in them, but is unsuccessful so resorts to laying on top. He's so silly!

Toothless Tippy on Thursday

Meet Tippy, aka Tipster, aka dragon breath, aka "the sweetest 19 year old grandpa cat you'll ever meet or want to meet"

Tippy was adopted from the pound here in Southern California back in 1990 as a kitten. He has survived all these years living as an indoor/outdoor cat, although nowadays he is mostly indoor and prefers it that way.

I grew up with him since I was 9 until I moved out to attend college. I love my Tipster and today is for him and all his toothless-ness.
